Check or change the electromagnetic valve, make an overhaul on the air inlet control valve and also on the uploading pipeline.

Make an overhaul on the safety valve or replace it; also on the minimum pressure value or change the air-oil separator replace the filter element. You can also inspect or change the pressure switch and check the inlet control valve or electromagnetic valve.

Adjust the set value of the pressure switch or replace the pressure switch and check or change the electromagnetic valve.

Try to lower air consumption, use more compressors, inspect whether there is air leakage within the system, clean or change the inlet filter and the air-oil separator filter or you can inspect or change the electromagnetic valve, check the inlet control valve, replace the belt and adjust the setting values of pressure switch.

Lower the oil level as the recommended oil consumption, clean the oil return line and change the air- oil separator filter.

Keep the compressor ventilated, clean the cooler, add oil to the required level and change the oil filter element.

Check the main switch, power line and motor.

Adjust the set value of the pressure switch, replace the pressure switch or make an inspection or replacement to the electromagnetic valve.
